Our kit is made up of two parts: a Yoga Book that helps kids move and reset their energy, and a Meditation Bedtime Story Book that supports winding down with breathing exercises, visualization, and calming affirmations.

The Yoga Book lets kids mix and match poses to build their own yoga adventure, while the Meditation Bedtime Story is customized with themed cards* that bring each meditation a different story.

How it started...

Born from a personal mindfulness journey, NimiMinds began as a university thesis in 2019 with one goal: to equip kids with the tools they need to thrive in a fast-paced, modern world.
